Holiday Cocktails
Last month we had an autumnal inspired cocktail, (check it out here) and now we're bringing full on winter wonderland holiday for our next cocktail. Think of an espresso martini meets a peppermint grasshopper in a fernet based after-dinner drink.
What you'll need:  Fernet Branca, Fernet Menta, coffee liquor, sugar, heavy whipping cream
How to make it: 1. Combine 1 oz fernet branca, 1 oz fernet menta, 1 oz coffee liquor, 1 oz heavy whipping cream and one bar spoon of sugar into a cocktail mixing glass. 2. Stir vigorously until cream is thoroughly mixed. 3. Strain into glass, top with whipped cream and coffee bean for garnish

The hat that pairs best with this sneaky number is Gerald Fitzgerald, sometimes overlooked as being "too run of the mill," but is actually one of our very best styles! The wide brim met with a shallow crown is a surprising detail, and once you try it, you'll fall in love: just like this cocktail. Cheers!
