What You Will Be Doing
We are seeking a meticulous and goal-oriented Digital Production Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of digital creativity and technical expertise, with a keen eye for detail. You will play a pivotal role in interpreting project briefs, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that all digital content adheres to brand standards.
Goorin has been an American Outerwear Brand since 1895. We expertly design hats, caps, and clothing to celebrate individuality for millions around the world so they can experience maximum pleasure.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Interpret project briefs and proactively set-up workflows for success.
- Collaborate closely with brand designers, product teams, and developers to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Maintain brand consistency, production quality, and brand guidelines.
- Design layouts using existing assets and templates while adhering to project guidelines.
- Edit, resize, and version layouts as directed by internal teams or clients.
- Finalize various formats of supplied artwork and address any production-related issues.
- Prepare and optimize images for online and mobile applications.
- Edit and create short-form content for paid social media using existing assets.
- Catalog and reference artwork for future projects to streamline workflow.
- Troubleshoot and improve production opportunities as they arise, collaborating with the creative team and external vendors.
- Stay updated on new production techniques and industry trends through research and professional development.
Skills and Experience Required
- Minimum of three years of experience as a digital-first creative professional, preferably within an agency environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects and Premiere Pro, as well as Microsoft Office.
- Experience in delivering digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple projects efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Experience with photo retouching is a plus.
- Motion graphics skills are a plus.
