WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING                                                                                                                                                            

We are looking for a passionate and customer-obsessed Customer Experience & Brand Engagement Specialist to join our growing team. This is a key junior-level role that blends customer service with innovative brand initiatives to help drive revenue and loyalty. You will be responsible for engaging directly with customers through 1:1 email communication, answering customer questions, and supporting loyalty programs. Additionally, you will spearhead exciting projects like uniform programs, GovX, and college ambassador programs to expand our brand reach. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, while proactively seeking new ways to acquire and engage customers. 

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR                                                                                                              

·      Customer Engagement & Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely, personalized responses via email and other communication channels to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

·      Revenue-Driving Programs: Assist in the development and execution of revenue-generating initiatives such as uniform programs, GovX partnerships, and college ambassador programs. Identify opportunities to grow these programs and expand our customer base.

·      Loyalty Program Support: Support and help optimize our customer loyalty programs by identifying ways to enhance customer experiences and drive repeat business.

·      Outreach: Send personalized email communications to customers, including follow-ups on inquiries, special offers, and loyalty program outreach. Ensure each interaction reflects the brand's values and enhances customer retention.

·      New Customer Acquisition: Identify and evaluate new channels, partnerships, and opportunities to engage and acquire customers. Proactively suggest creative ideas for customer engagement, including new platforms, communities, or event partnerships.

·      Brand Advocacy Initiatives: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute ambassador programs, focusing on college students, influencers, and loyal customers. Build meaningful relationships with ambassadors to increase brand visibility and drive revenue.

·      Customer Feedback & Insights: Gather customer feedback from various touchpoints to share with the marketing and product teams, helping to inform strategy and product development based on customer needs and preferences.

·      Support Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure customer experience initiatives align with larger marketing campaigns and goals, enhancing the overall brand journey.

·      Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the CRM, loyalty, and digital marketing teams to deliver a cohesive and delightful customer experience across all touchpoints.

·      Track & Report Metrics: Track customer engagement, feedback, and acquisition efforts, providing regular reports and insights to the marketing team. Analyze the effectiveness of customer experience initiatives and suggest areas for improvement.

 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED                                                                                                                                                        

·      Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

·      1-2 years of experience in customer service, brand experience, or marketing roles.

·      Passion for customer service, with an ability to communicate empathetically and effectively with customers.

·      Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.

·      Experience in email marketing or customer communication tools.

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Goorin Designer, you will be responsible for concepting, designing, and developing original and innovative EveryDay Wear™, aligned with the seasonal creative direction and created for the Goorin® consumer, including caps, apparel, accessories, and graphics. You will be part of a dynamic, creative environment where you will collaborate closely with talented cross-functional partners in Design, Merchandising, Product Development, and Brand Marketing.


YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

·  Own design process from initial inspiration to final prototype, including market and inspirational research, Illustrator flat sketching, tech pack creation and revisions, fit development, and ensuring that the product meets the business needs of the seasonal brief.

·      Own and deliver against all relevant GTM milestones seasonally, including preparation and follow-up for all Product Line Meetings, and developmental milestones.

·      Create professional boards and present seasonal concepts and designs at PLM meetings and during interim workshops.

·      Initiate and update design specs for all products in the Product Lifecycle Management System (Backbone), maintaining accuracy throughout the season.

·      Review proto samples for accuracy, elevating the quality and design integrity from development to approval.

·      Create and execute according to the seasonal direction established by VP of Design and Innovation, ensuring that the product is consistent with market trends while maintaining the brand identity and overall business strategy.

·      Collaborate actively with cross-functional teammates, during workshops and seasonal line reviews, ensuring a cohesive product line is realized.

·      Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners, to ensure alignment of creative ideas and business goals.

·      Partner closely with the product development team, to ensure design specs are accurate and complete, and all raw materials are briefed according to our development deadlines.

·      Domestic and international travel to our manufacturers for seasonal product development.

·      Inspiration travel 2x/year.


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 

·      3-5 years of work experience at the Designer level, at an industry-leading brand focused on streetwear and/or fashion.

·      On-the-job, proven success delivering market-leading products within a professional design and development process.

·      Experience working on a high-performing, cross-functional team.

·      Strong knowledge and understanding of the Goorin® product and customer, with an ability to make decisions and implement strategy based on new information and evolving trends.

·      Ability to sketch technical “flat” drawings and freehand sketches.

·      Proficient in Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign and Backbone PLM, Excel, and Outlook.

·      Proven success in delivering market-leading products within a professional fashion design and development process.

What You Will Be Doing

The International Account Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue in global markets as well as contributing to meeting/exceeding all sales revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets. They will be managing relationships with distributors and buyers and working with suppliers.

 

The ideal candidate will be able to utilize a range of competencies and skills including the planning, prioritizing, and organizing of daily tasks and long-term assignments, the relationship management of both internal and external business partners, as well as the aptitude to work with management to maintain and develop new strategies to exceed sales and profitability goals.

 

The position will also be responsible for building and growing sales within a range of accounts consisting of different geographic territories internationally. The individual needs to be a relationship builder, independent, self-directed, and outgoing in support of fueling our next level of growth as a company.

 

Some travel may include selected international distributor and sales visits, trade show representation, and demo events.


What You Will Be Responsible For

·      Ensure exceptional customer support and service as a main point of contact for our international distribution partners.

·      Communicate and resolve any issues or items of need that may arise:

·      Fielding phone and email inquiries

·      Sales, Purchase, and Material Order placement, updates, and discrepancies

·      Logistics management in tandem with Production Dept.

·      Tracking, sending, and processing shipments and samples.

·      Execute data entry for sales orders, purchase orders, credit memos, and invoices within the essential business systems

·      Develop tools specific to open Sales Orders and Production

·      Work closely with the Accounting Department to ensure timely payments are made as per the terms for each international distribution partner.

·      Work with the Production Department to create, submit, and track all purchase order needs including salesman samples and seasonal orders.

·      Analyze accounts and recommend strategies to management to increase the effectiveness of all international accounts.

·      Research and provide information on new potential international distribution partners as well as competitor information for feedback to management.

·      Travels as support to varying tradeshow/conferences and account visits as needed.

·      Work closely with the Product Development and Marketing department to serve as product knowledge and brand expert including:

·      Prepare line sheets, order forms, and lookbooks.

·      “Hind-sighting” – review and analyze best sellers/assortments as needed for go-to-market.

·      Perform seasonal consumer insight meetings to stay ahead of consumer trends and demand.

·      Monthly feedback with Distributors to understand – changing market trends, top sellers, and key accounts.

·      Marketing liaison – organize and monitor celebrity sightings, and social media highlights, execute campaigns from brand/PR, and communicate to distributors


Skills and Experience Required

·      Ensure all requirements are met per the company’s “CORE values” and strategies.

·      Computer proficient with Microsoft applications

·      Experience with Net Suite, or similar business operating systems preferred.

·      Educational background including a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent.

·      Business administration/management, marketing, or economics preferred.

What You'll Be Doing

As a leader in our shops, you will partner with your Store Manager to inspire and motivate your team to create memorable experiences for anyone who comes into your store. Additionally, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager with the following:
