We're right in the midst of that transformative period of time between the Spring and Summer seasons. Depending on where you live, you may already be in the thick of high temperatures and humidity, but I think the sentiment of the transition of seasons remains. When I was younger, it was the end of the school year and the beginning of summer vacation. When I lived in Chicago in my twenties, it was yearning for consistent sunshine after months of grey skies. Now, living in the south, I'm just elated when it is less than 80 degrees. Still, there is music I love to listen to in the cooler months and songs that hit different during the spring and summer months.
